The following terms and conditions apply to all purchases made by you from, hereinafter referred to as “Cecilie Rudolph ApS” or “we”.


By placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out herein (the “Terms”). Please make sure you have read and understood the Terms before placing your order.


We reserve the right to amend these Terms without prior notice to you. The version of the Terms that will apply to your order will be those shown on at the time you place your order.


Small variances may occur (in for example the colour, placement of print) when goods are displayed on our site.



The price of a product is the price quoted at at the time of placing the order. We make reservations for misprints and sold out products. Prices displayed at include the statutory Danish tax (VAT) and duty 25% but do not include delivery charge. The delivery charge, if any, is also stated on your order as well as the total price of your order, just as it will appear on the order confirmation. VAT will be deducted for delivery addresses outside the EU.


The cost for delivery is clearly indicated during the check-out process.


At you can pay with VISA-Dankort®, VISA®, Mastercard and American Express credit and debit cards. The transaction fees equal to the rates set by Stripe are added to the payment total, if any.

The applicable amount will immediately be reserved on your card but will not be debited until your order is dispatched. Once the transaction has been carried through, it will appear on your account. When paying with a payment card, your information is sent directly and SSL encrypted to Cecilie Rudolph ApS’s payment provider. We have no access to your payment details.



You will, prior to confirming your order have the opportunity to correct or delete the products that you have placed in your shopping cart. Your order will not be shipped and is thus not binding until you have pressed “Confirm order”.




Once you have placed your order, and if you have supplied us with your email, you will receive an email confirmation. The order confirmation contains your order number, name, address, delivery address, method of payment, specification of product ordered and the total price including any shipping costs.


We store a digital copy of all order confirmations, but we recommend that you print the order confirmation, as it contains important information regarding your purchase. At the same time, the order confirmation is expedient to have later, if you should second thoughts or have complaints about the purchase. The final agreement is made when the order confirmation is sent to you from Cecilie Rudolph ApS. The agreement comprises the products listed in the order confirmation. Once you receive the order conformation, you should go over it immediately and contact us if you believe it contains faults or discrepancies.


If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order, we will let you know at the earliest opportunity. If we have already received payment for such order, we will refund the applicable amount using the same method used to make the payment.



The usual shipping time is between 2 and 6 weekdays from the date of the order confirmation. Cecilie Rudolph ApS is responsible for the purchase until you have received it. The shipping costs for your purchase appear from the order and the order confirmation and will be charged together with your payment for the products purchased. You can see the delivery charge below:



PostNord delivery or parcel pickup location (pakkeboks PostNord - if not home when delivered): 60 DKK. 


All shipment in Denmark is via PostNord. The shipment is delivered to your home address or a PostNord parcel pickup location, if you are not home when delivered at your home address. Therefore, it is very important that you supply us with both your phone number and email. PostNord will notify you the parcel pickup location and time of the pickup in the email that was used on the web shop when ordering. 




Inside the EU: 200 DKK

Shipping outside the EU: 500 DKK

All international shipment is via UPS. 

Unfortunately, we do not ship to Greenland and the Faroe Island at this moment.



Articles bought on are fully returnable and refundable within 14 days after you have received the purchased product or until 14 days after the first shipment. You may cancel your purchase of the product by:

  1. Notifying Cecilie Rudolph’s webshop by sending an email to Please indicate your order number and explain which articles you want to return.

  2. Please fill in the return form and send it along with the items you wish to return to the address below. You find the standard return form below. 

  3. Please return the item(s) within the 14 days and attach the return form with your shipment.


Note that the right of withdrawal is annulled if you use the product in any way. The item(s) must be returned unused and in the same condition as they were upon receipt and in the original packaging.

The item(s) that you return must be securely wrapped. You have the responsibility for the package/item(s) until we receive it/them. Therefore, keep the receipt as well as any tracking number. You must pay the costs in connection with returning the item(s).



When we receive your parcel, and if the products are approved as not being used/damaged, we will return the order amount to your account. If you return all items in your order we will refund the original shipping costs, but if you only return part of your order we will only refund the item(s) cost. We will always have the tracking number of our shipped goods.



When you receive your order, you must immediately examine the package in order to establish any defects or imperfections. If the items are damaged upon receipt, please let us know within 24 hours after receipt. We are responsible for goods in transit from us to you. If damaged under transit, we will kindly replace the item or return the cost of the item, if no longer in stock. Once we hear from you we will try to track your parcel.   



If you have any complaints concerning your purchase, contact us by sending an e-mail to or reach us at +45 53 87 89 00 on weekdays between 9AM and 3PM. trades in accordance with the guidelines and laws established by the National Consumer Agency of Denmark. Complaints can be made in accordance with the rules established by the Danish Sale of Goods Act.
