// BEHIND THE PROJECT
The fashion company Gestuz approached Cecilie with a request to style and decorate the company's entire showroom for its annual xmas days for press and bloggers. At the event, Gestuz' spring/summer 19 collection was also revealed.Thus, Cecilie created an entire set-design and styled every corner of the showroom, bringing parts of the collection into the set design as center pieces.
// INSPIRATION
Gestuz was presenting a summer collection at a Christmas event. Therefore, the task was to finely balance the summer feeling with a Christmas spirit. The inspiration to the set-design was found in Gestuz' collection, and the decoration therefore reflected a colourful, fresh and young identity.
// DECORATION
The set-design consisted of pieces of the collection, mixed with a variety of decorative art pieces created by Cecilie herself. Colourful vases and other beautiful props, were generously lented out by Fil de Fer, and created a fun and quirky feel between the old and the new. Colourful candy and beautiful flowers completed the festive expression.
