RUDOLPH CARE CHRISTMAS PARTY
// BEHIND THE PROJECT
Every year, the skin care brand Rudolph Care hosts a Christmas gathering for the Danish beauty press. This year, the company approached Cecilie with a request to style and decorate the table setting. As the event was also part of the launch of Rudolph Care's Christmas box, for which Cecilie has made the print, it allowed her to create a complete story and set-design, and unfold
the ideas behind the print.
The event was held at Cecilie's own C.E.R. Studio, enabling her to create an entire set-design for the event.
The inspiration for the styling was found in Rudolph Care's connection to the exotic and tropical Brazil with acai berries and date palm branches in a glowing and warm atmosphere.
The Christmas theme and spirit was found in references to The Three Wise Men who came bearing gifts of gold,
frankincense and myrrh: An abundance of only the very best, which was also a reference to the exclusive new Rudolph Care products.
The table was decorated with yellow vintage Georg Jensen Damask cloths, layered and angled on top of each other, thus referencing the layers in the print. The table was set with a variety of vintage porcelain from Cecilie's private collection as well as with an abundance of the exclusive Rudolph Care products to reflect the collaboration between Rudolph Care and Cecilie. Furthermore, the table was decorated with colourful candles and filled with fresh flowers and lavish cakes and snacks - to please all senses.
